For most clients, the change from one service contractor to another can be a challenge.  USG’s management has spent time, money and resources on developing a comprehensive Transitional Plan that is Site Specific.  We are so confident in our program that we guarantee 100% satisfaction during the first week of any transitional plan or there is no charge for service during that time period. 

The Commercial Division incorporates the Quality Assurance Systems, as do all USG divisions, to ensure that every facility meets or exceeds the optimum level of quality set by the client.

Quality Assurance:

First Step:
The Site Manager inspects every facility weekly.

Second Step: 
USG’s Area Manager or above will inspect random selection of facilities once per month.

Third Step:
The VP of Risk Management & Safety will provide a complete audit of USG’s TQM program once per quarter to ensure consistency.

Fourth Step:
All employees receive incentives based on the quarterly results of the aforementioned first three steps.
