UNITED SERVICES GROUP is dedicated to designing Sanitation Service Systems that will directly respond to your needs.
Service Excellence is achieved by Design for Quality. Our methodology is based upon continually improving our service to benefit the client and the industry. Continual improvement is accomplished by:
Sales associates and engineers are constantly communicating with the client to gather as much information regarding the intended use of the facility, the people that will use it, and the facilities current condition.

Detailed inspection of the facility is done to determine current conditions, the scope of services needed, and type of building systems to be maintained. Measurement allows a starting point to track alterations in service for continuous improvement.
Services are designed to be task specific within the facility. Computerized models are used based upon all pertinent information to each facility. Industry production standards provide a means for determining staffing, equipment and chemical usage. “Task routines” are assigned in particular areas of a facility to maximize productivity.
Essential to the delivery of our contracted service is the proper training of personnel. Each employee must know their job description, and how to perform tasks safely and effectively. A large portion of training concentrates on Safety, Hazard Communications, and Material Safety Data. Classroom and onsite training are utilized in a variety of languages. The majority of training is done before we go live at the site. USG’s “Four Key Training Program” gives our employees the opportunity to grow with us and in the industry as a whole.

USG utilizes a Four Phase Quality Assurance System.
Phase I: Quality Control Inspections
Phase II: Facility Quality Management Audit
Phase III: Audit follow up with client
Phase IV: Audit results reviewed by Executive Staff
Reviewing of Inspection Process
Management follows up on Quality Assurance Inspection results to determine if processes were put in place. At this step, processes put into place as a result of inspections are determined as productive or additional action is required. USG will examine the performance of individuals in their appointed “task routes”. If any issues are found, corrective action will be implemented immediately.
In many cases, specific areas or facilities will rate consistently above their assigned quality target optimum. USG utilizes a variety of supervisory and employee incentive award programs to meet and exceed standards. At USG we believe that our most important asset is our employees. After all, our programs, equipment or incentive ideas mean nothing if the employee is not motivated and trained to perform at the optimum level.
