Bud most recently owned and operated Fidelity Maintenance Service, which covered seven states and had an employee base of over 1,100. USG was formed to meet the every growing needs of the Building Services Industry by providing the following services:

Food Sanitation
Healthcare Facility Service
Mall Facility Service
Commercial Facility Service

He originally started in the Building Services Industry in Tampa, Florida in 1979 with American Building Maintenance Industries, Inc.. Over the last 30 years he has become a leader in the industry with his ventures, client appreciation, positive management style and management leadership.

Bud is a member IFMA, BOMA and BSCAI. He enjoys golfing, fishing, traveling and living on the West Coast of Florida.

Larry has been Involved in the Building Service Industry for over 20 years. He owned and operated BSMI, a business management billing company that was under contract to Bell South. Over the last five years he has served on the Board of Directors for Fidelity Maintenance Services and was the firm's CPA. He will be actively serving in all financial phases of the operation for United Services Group.

Larry's affiliations; Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has a Master of Accountancy Degree from University of Georgia and BBA in Accounting from Georgia Southern University. His hobbies include, golfing, fishing and Enjoying the life style that Florida provides.

Jeff has been in the janitorial and supply industry for over 35 years where he has had an outstanding career through his business, relationship attitude. He clearly states that “we are in the people business not the cleaning business”, and it really comes down to our relationship with our customers and our staff. Our ability to communicate our goals to each other and then reaching those goals together, is still an inspiration to him to this day.

As a true Floridian, he graduated St. Petersburg High School and attended St Petersburg College.

Jeff’s affiliations: Rotary International (Paul Harris Fellow), St Petersburg Yacht Club, Board Member of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Board Member of Church by the Sea Lead, Member of USAT, and TRI Lewis Sports. He also enjoys golfing and triathlons.
