Michael S. Krick, Sr. Vice President ~ Food Facility Services
Michael has thirty (30) years of Manufacturing Executive experience with The Schwan Food Co., Flowers Foods, The J. M. Smucker Co. and The Kellogg Co. (Mrs. Smith’s Frozen Foods Co. – Mrs. Smith’s Foil Co. – Edwards Fine Foods – Heidi’s Desserts), producing a variety of frozen dessert and snack specialty items including foil container stamping for use in food packaging.
Expertise includes single and multi-site operations management with P&L and general management accountability. He maintains high standards of food safety & quality (HACCP), safety & security for employees, processes, customers and community. Responsibilities included process and product development. Successfully directed and managed plant and product consolidations, strategic planning and values implementation including capital project management and administration. He is a broker for change and continuous improvement through low cost operator initiatives, work environment improvements, effective TEAM building and communication skills.
Education and training includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Geneva College in addition to completing Food Defense Coordinator and HACCP Training from American Institute of Baking, International.
He is a past member of American Institute of Industrial Engineers and was a Junior Achievement Advisor. Interests include Church & Family, fly fishing, hunting/shooting sports and the outdoors/hiking.
Omar Alicea, Vice President ~ Mall/Healthcare/Commercial Facility Services
Omar has 12 years of facility management experience in maintenance, sanitation and house-keeping. For the past several years Omar has lead our Mall, Healthcare and Commercial Divisions maintaining the highest level of performance expectations. He has implemented and maintained an entirely “green” facility in the Atlanta area making it the first “Green Mall” in Georgia. He has proven to be very successful in mentoring and team building through his military experience as he served our country in the United States Army. Omar is bi-lingual, speaking both English and Spanish fluently making him a valuable asset as he trains, manages and coaches his teams. He is certified in marble restoration, security and surveillance techniques. Additionally Omar has been instrumental in assisting with facility start-ups in the Food Division being a key member of the Transitional Team securing personnel and establishing cleaning procedures for critical areas. He is the proud father of four beautiful children and his hobbies include jet skiing, drag racing and playing dominos.
Brad comes to United Services Group with over twenty - three (23) years experience in the building services industry managing Fortune 500 accounts in heavy industrial, manufacturing, corporate headquarters and high-tech facilities including clean rooms. A highly accomplished professional, Brad’s results-oriented management style has built strong client relationships, provided continuous quality improvement and achieved cost savings to his customers.
In his previous careers he was very familiar with various types of safety training and TQM audits, therefore he will provide our Safety Training and TQM Audits for all divisions.
Bob has over 30 years experience in the Property/Asset Management industry. Bob’s background is in both the Healthcare Environment and the Commercial Facilities Management Industry. He is highly driven and has managed in excess of 1.5 million square feet of property. Bob is a proud member of the Dunedin, FL Chamber of Commerce, BOMA, Dunedin Fine Arts Center Council, and has served on the International Board of Directors of Little League Baseball, and the International Softball Advisory Committee. Bob has been married to Jane for 34 years and has two sons, William and K.C.
