OVER VIEW

United Services Group’s Technical Services Division provides multiple services specializing in Data Center environments including Sub-floor and Top-Floor cleaning.  USG’s trained technicians provide the best in “Common Sense Cleaning” using the latest equipment and processes, including Data Center safe HEPA filtered vacuums. Our processes will remove particles that have the potential to damage your sensitive equipment AND ENHANCE THE DEPENDABILITY OF YOUR DATA CENTER.  USG will also report on any existing or potential issues encountered while maintaining the Sub-Floor plenum. Our other services include HVAC and Air Quality Audits, Air Flow Adjustments, Hot-Spot Remediation, Site Audits from a facilities perspective, and Power Circuit Inventories.

Specialized Data Center cleaning should be done by trained professionals, not your IT department. Downtime can be costly for any organization of any size, so obtaining the services of a specialized Data Center cleaning company with the right tools and equipment will ensure your expectations are met and that your information and equipment are safe. Computer Room Cleaning should be performed at scheduled intervals, but will depend more on the amount of traffic, particulate, equipment, existing protocol, size of facility, type of access flooring, and maintenance of filtration systems.  The Data Center should have a technical cleaning no less than twice annually.

Outsourcing your Data Center cleaning services can be a daunting task, but it doesn’t have to be. USG along with you, will go over your expectations of what constitutes a clean Data Center, and devise a Transitional Plan for a seamless transition within the facility.  We will answer all your questions from methods, equipment, and staffing. We strive to be Accountable, Measurable, and Sustainable.  It is our goal at United Services Group to create an on-going relationship with our clients, with two way communication being key to the success of our clients.
